Bodycam footage shows the arrest of a convicted felon wanted on an attempted first-degree murder warrant after more than two years on the run. During the arrest, the suspect allegedly slipped his handcuffs to the front, knocked an officer to the ground while attempting to flee, and was ultimately stopped with a Taser before being taken into custody.
