April 16, 2014 is a date South Koreans can never forget. This was the exact day of the Sewol Ferry Tragedy.
Six years have passed since the first wave of investigations.
Amid re-investigations on the Sewol Ferry tragedy ,
At the time , more than half of the 476 passangers on board the Sewol Ferry were students from Danwon High School.
Allthough some ctiticize the second wave of investigations to have been too late, some fear that it will be now or never.
As of now…
nobody knows when the investigations will finish but South koreans are desperate to know the truth in order to prevent such tragedy from reoccuring.
This seems to be the last thing to do for the victims and beraved families.
Once the cold winter passes, it will be Spring in Korea once again.
However ,it won’t have the Sewol Ferry vicitms this time in spring.
Even though, they might not be with us physically, they will always be remembered.
the cause of the sinking is still being investigated but the capten and some crew members were arrested and faces charges of negligence.
