Rodney Hinton, Jr. is charged with aggravated murder in the death of Deputy Larry Henderson in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Police say Hinton left a meeting with Cincinnati Police last Friday after viewing body camera footage of an officer shooting and killing his son, Ryan Hinton, and then ran over Henderson who was directing traffic.
