In 2015, Madelene Ekfalk disappears without a trace from a motorhome outside Upplands Väsby. It will be several months before she is found embedded in a concrete block near the motorhome.

On November 6, 2015, 29 -year – old mother of two , Madelene Ekefalk disappears without a trace the night before, spendign the night in a camper van with 33 year old Jocke Pettersson .
Jocke is her ex- boyfriend and the campervan is parked on an off -ramp outside Upplands Väsby.
When relatives don’t get in touch with Madelene for a few days, the police launch a search operation.
The police search the area with dogs for the camper van without finding any trace of Madelene. They notice a large concrete block nearby which the dogs also mark.
The police don’t exactly suspect that the concrete block could have anything to do with Madelein’s disappearance. It will take several months before a free police officer gets to the scene to investigate the matter further.

Madelene’ Ekvalk was last seen on the morning of November 6 at concrete sows on the side Stockholmsvägen just after Lövenströmska Hospital in Uppland Väsby.
Madelene has been missing for over two months.
The police are classifying the disappearance as kidnapping and still have no trace of her.

Madelene is 29 years old ,about 165 cm tall and weighs 65 kg.
She has blond hair, possibly a lip or nose piercing , and several different tattoos.
When she disappeared , she was wearing black tights ,a large black bag, a gray sweatshirt , a black vest, and dark blue converse- like shoes .

On february 8, 2016, madelene was found in the forest area where the police had searched on previous occasions it turned out that she was indeed embedded in the concrete block that the police dogs had marked on .

The concrete block was cast in grow boxes just a short distance from where the campervan was parked. She had a noose around her neck and one of her holes was sticking out of the concrete block.

At the ginning of November , a 29 year old woman named Madelene disappeared and this is where her body was dumped.
And it’s a pretty classic dumping ground ,but what’s unusual about this case is that then, the perpetrator or the person who dumps her -doesn’t have to be the same person.
But iy usually is in 99% of cases.

Then he covered the body with, a lump of concrete ,as the media says.
Guess it’s a pile of cement that has bee poured over it and then further logistical problems arise.
Then you should have provided both cement and water to mix it with, and suddenly it’s a completely small construction project.

The crime hasn’t taken place here, not in November.
It’s a stupid place ,but this is where the body ended up for the perpetrator’s intended final disposal.
But tose whow ill be connected to the victim , they come up with a lot of excuses to hide it and the mere fact that the body has been hidden .
It’s a kind of signpost for the police that then it’s about starting to look for the immediate vicinity of the job.

Madelene disppeared on November 2015, despite the police and missing people searching for the mother of two .
It took three months before she found.

February 8 , 2016,the reamins of a human have been found in the forest outside Upplands Väsby ,north of Stockholm.
The police are keeping quiet about the circumstances surrounding the found and do not want to say anything about how long it has been since the death may have occured or what has emerged from the technical examination so far.

Two people were arrested on suspicion of involvement in the murder.
A man for the murder , and a women for protecting a criminal.
From experience ,there may be several involved in this.

Thats not impossible at all ,but at the moment it’s about two people,on e is an old boyfriend of the victim and the other is women who is his current girlfriend.

And there has also been some conflict between these three.
Suddenly you’re standing there, you’ve started arguing and then something has happened and a person has died and then you’re standing there with a corpse around your neck and then you understant that as soon as the police find out that she’s been murdered, they’ll come kncocking on my door , right?

And then you try to gain time by hiding the body , that’s the basic scenario.
This isn”t a place you walk around , is it? it’s loudly , you have the highway ,it’s November there’s no mushroom or anything else.
So this is not the place you’re going, so this is not wrong in that sense.

Jocke Pettersson’s girlfriend hates Elin and is said to have disliked Jocke and Madelene’s relationship Jocke and 30-year-old Elin Karlander quickly become suspects in Madelene’s death
During the investigation, the prosecutor has had difficulty finding evidence that she was murdered. When the trial begins, both are only charged with, among other things, violating the peace of the grave
The prosecutor could never prove how Madelene died and could therefore not charge them with murder Madelene also had high levels of amphetamine in her body which could be a cause of her death
Elin was sentenced to 14 months in prison for aiding and abetting crimes against violation of the peace of the grave

But the concrete block turns out to be important , because it is
in the 660 kg block that Madelen’s dead body is found.

Suspicions are directed at Madelen’s 35 -yer old ex -boyfriend who lived in the camper van at the scene of the discovery.
He is initially arrested as suspect in murder, but there is a problem, the police cannot prove how Madelene died.
Instead , he was lated charged with violation of the peace of the grave and his former girlfriend, a 32 year old woman , was charged with aiding and abetting the violation of the peace of the grave.
And the verdicct was handed down in March 2019 ,he is sentenced to 18 months in prison, she was sentenced to 14 months in prison .

The couple themselves have denied any wrongdoing and claim that they were building a new storage floor .
The Court of Appeal increased Jocke’s sentence to 20 months in prison for another crime against violation of the peace of the grave .
Elin Karlander received her sentence of two months for aiding and abetting a crime against violation of the peace of the grave
Both were released after the Court of Appeal’s verdict and did not appear to serve their sentences. Jocke, who has now married a new woman, went on holiday to Thailand instead, according to his own statement.
His new wife says in an interview that Jocke found jet skiing and diving more appealing than prison. Jocke and Elin have moved on in life and to this day deny having anything to do with Madeleine’s death.
